Safety technical measures for lifting operation of pulling and threading generator rotor

II. Requirements of operators:

1. After the work permit, the person in charge (contact) of the work must convene the personnel listed on the work ticket, explain the work tasks to the members of the working group, make safety and technical disclosure, ask targeted questions, and check whether the staff are clear about the safety matters assigned

2. All personnel participating in this work shall wear cotton work clothes, safety helmets, gloves and other safety protection articles. Before starting the work, the person in charge of lifting must personally check that the lifting tools and instruments used in the work shall be intact, especially the snap ring, hoist and steel wire rope used for lifting shall be carefully checked, and unqualified tools and instruments shall not be used. The construction personnel entering the generator stator must wear one-piece clothes and soft soled rubber shoes, and it is strictly prohibited to carry anything on their body

3. The personnel participating in the lifting operation must work with certificates, and the person in charge of lifting shall be specified for unified command The person in charge of lifting work shall be an experienced person, and the members of the working group shall clarify the working methods, their own work responsibilities and safety precautions

4. The command signal shall be clear

5. Strictly implement the provisions of "eight no lifting" during lifting operation

6. The driver must be energetic and must not do anything irrelevant to the work. Concentrate the fine

force to follow the command when pulling and threading the rotor, and the driving operation speed should be slow to prevent the rotor from shaking and colliding with the stator due to too fast speed

III. technical measures for rotor extraction of generator

(I) conditions required before rotor extraction of generator

1. The protective cover of low-pressure cylinder and generator coupling has been removed, the connecting bolt of low-pressure cylinder and generator coupling has been removed, and the center of low-pressure cylinder and generator coupling has been rechecked

2. The cooling water inlet and outlet pipes at the front and rear of the generator hydrogen cooler have been removed

3. The outer end covers of the bearings at both ends of the steam and excitation of the generator, the upper and lower bearing pads and pillow of the bearing, the upper and

lower inner end covers of the bearing, the oil inlet pipe of the bearing, the oil return pipe of the sealing oil hydrogen side

4. The sealing pads and sealing pad seats at both ends of the steam and excitation of the generator have been removed

5. The fan blades at both ends of the steam and excitation of the generator have been removed

6. The track of the special support rolling trolley for pulling through the rotor of the generator has been installed

7. The special support rolling trolley for pulling through the rotor of the generator has been installed on the excitation end of the generator

8. The lifting balance weight (6 tons) required for the generator to pull through the rotor has been installed on the rolling trolley

9. The hoisting steel wire rope (¢ 47mm long 13m two, ¢ 43mm 8

m two), chain block, generator hoisting protection rubber and rubber, generator rotor support frame and sleeper have been prepared

10. The LP cylinder rotor has been lifted away from the LP cylinder, and the LP outer upper cylinder has been temporarily buckled on the outer lower cylinder

(II) generator rotor extraction steps

1. Install special tool jack on the large end cover of generator excitation end, slightly lift the excitation end of generator rotor

, and then turn out the lower bearing bush of generator excitation end

2. Install the false bearing bush at the excitation end of the generator and connect it with the lower bearing pedestal as a whole. Remove the bolts of the lower bearing pedestal

and turn out the lower bearing pedestal of the generator

3. Loosen the generator excitation end Jack and support the generator rotor excitation end on the supporting rolling trolley

4. Install the generator rotor extension dummy shaft at the steam end of the generator rotor, and then install a 100

ton screw jack under the extension dummy shaft to slightly jack up the steam end of the generator rotor. Then turn out the lower bearing bush at the steam end of the generator

5. Install the false bearing bush at the steam end of the generator and connect it with the lower bearing pedestal as a whole. Remove the bolts of the lower bearing pedestal

and turn out the lower bearing pedestal of the generator

6. Remove the bolts of the large end cover at the steam end of the generator stator, then install two 3

ton chain blocks on the low-pressure outer upper cylinder, and hang the large end cover at the steam end of the generator stator obliquely on the low-pressure outer upper cylinder

7. Special hanger for generator rotor shall be installed on the steam end of generator stator to hang the generator rotor

8. Bind the special hoisting steel wire rope for the generator rotor at both ends of the steam and excitation of the generator rotor, and hook

on the 75 ton hook of the steam turbine room 3#, 4# crane respectively

9. Slowly lift the hooks of two 75 ton cranes at the same time and slightly lift the generator rotor. Then, two

cranes walk towards the excitation end of the generator at the same time. The two cranes must coordinate with each other and act in a consistent manner when lifting and walking. The clearance between the generator rotor and stator must be monitored when the crane is hooked to prevent the rotor and stator from rubbing

10. After the generator rotor moves to the limit position towards the excitation end, hang the generator rotor with the steel wire

rope (¢ 39mm, 2.8m long) on the special hanger of the generator rotor. 3# loosen the hook slowly. 100 ton screw jack is used to support the generator rotor

11. Replace the 75 ton hook of 3# crane and hoist the generator rotor on the extension dummy shaft of the generator rotor

3# the 75 ton crane hook slightly lifts the steam end of the generator rotor again, loosen the special hanger and support jack for the generator rotor, and then the two cranes walk towards the excitation end of the generator at the same time. Repeat until the center of the generator rotor moves away from the excitation end of the motor stator

12. The steam end of the generator rotor is suspended on the special hanger for the steam end of the generator stator, the excitation end is supported on the sliding

trolley, and the hooks of two 75 ton cranes are slowly released

13. Bind the rubber

wood strip protecting the generator rotor at the center of gravity of the generator rotor (2895mm from the excitation end retaining ring), and then bind the special steel wire rope for the generator rotor on the rubber strip. The distance between the two ropes is 450mm (2670mm and 3120mm from the excitation end retaining ring respectively)

14. 4# crane 75t hook shall be hung with special steel wire rope and packaging supplier aripack announced to cooperate with Neo plastics to adjust 5T chain block for rotor balance. Micro

lift the generator rotor and check the lifting level of the generator rotor. Adjust the 5T hoist to make the generator rotor horizontal in the hoisting state

15. 4# traveling slowly towards the excitation end of the generator until the generator rotor is completely extracted from the generator stator

16. The generator rotor is pulled out and placed on the special support of the generator rotor. Remove the generator hoisting steel

wire rope, generator rotor protection rubber strip, rolling trolley and counterweight of generator rotor

17. Both ends of the generator stator are closed with colored strip plastic cloth, and the generator rotor is covered with colored strip plastic cloth. The rotor extraction of the generator is completed. If the trolley and dummy shaft are not removed, they must be firmly supported to prevent the rotor from being stressed and deformed for a long time

(III) steps for the generator to pull through the rotor

1. The special support rolling trolley for the generator to pull through the rotor has been installed on the excitation end of the generator

2. The lifting balance weight (6 tons) required for the generator to pull through the rotor has been installed on the rolling trolley. Install the dummy shaft at the steam end of the rotor and extract it completely

3. Bind the rubber

chain block to adjust rotor balance. Lift the generator rotor slightly and check the lifting level of the generator rotor. Adjust the 5T hoist to make the generator rotor horizontal in the hoisting state

5. Slowly insert the steam end of the generator rotor into the generator stator until the dummy shaft at the steam end extends out of the end face of the stator steam end

6. Use 3# crane to hang steel wire rope (¢ 43 mm 8m one) to hang the dummy shaft at the steam end of the generator rotor,

slowly loosen the 4# crane, the excitation end of the generator rotor is supported on the trolley track, and the steam end is supported on the 3# crane

7. Remove the steel wire rope and bakelite strip at the center of gravity of the stator, hang the steel wire rope (¢ 43 mm 8m one

piece) on the 4# crane, hang the rotor at the excitation end, and slowly lift it together with the 3# crane. After keeping the steam gap between the rotor and the stator uniform, drive the crane to move to the steam end synchronously until the 3# crane reaches the large end cover of the steam end unless alloying is carried out, that is, add the third component to improve its toughness

8. Jack under the dummy shaft and hang the generator rotor with a special hanger for the generator rotor

loosen the 3# crane slowly, move the 3# crane and steel wire rope to the next lifting point of the dummy shaft, and then lift it slowly to keep the steam gap between the rotor and stator uniform

9. Panasonic special hanger and Jack, and then the two cranes walk towards the steam end of the generator at the same time. Repeat this

until the steam end of the generator rotor moves away from the steam end face of the motor stator

10. Jack under the steam end of the rotor, Panasonic 4#, 3# crane, generator rotor support and trolley

11. Restore the large end cover of the steam end of the generator stator. Install the generator steam end bearing bush and lower bearing pedestal. Loosen the

Jack up the lower part of the rotor at the excitation end of the generator, install the bearing bush and lower bearing seat at the excitation end of the generator, and remove the supporting rolling trolley. IV. working environment requirements:

2. The site lighting shall be sufficient, and a flashlight shall be provided to observe the gap between the generator rotor and stator

VI. requirements for safety technical measures that must be taken:
