I. the process preparation of the printing plate

the frame used for printing is made of wood and aluminum alloy. The size and material of the frame play an important role in the quality of the plate. No matter which material is used, the frame should be selected on the basis of tensile resistance, high strength, light quality and convenient use

3. Stretching

Version and tension are determined by printing pressure, printing accuracy and silk stretch ductility. Too high tension will cause silk damage and printing resistance, and too low tension will cause overprint inaccuracy and other ills. The ideal tension should be flat and centered, with uniform tension and moderate elasticity, so as to ensure the best print quality

4. pretreatment of silk

pretreatment of silk refers to degreasing and roughening the stretched polyester silk in the silk frame, that is, degreasing before grinding. Degrease and roughen, that is, degrease first and then grind. Degreasing treatment is generally cleaned with a brush dipped in glacial acetic acid or medium-sized detergent to remove the grease and dirt on both sides of the silk, so as to avoid the film thinning when coating photosensitive adhesive, causing pinholes and other faults. The roughening treatment is to apply the grinding paste on the wire of the frame, and evenly brush the front and back sides of the frame with a brush, so as to roughen the wire surface, so as to improve the adhesion between the adhesive film and the plate

specifically, the silk frames that have been degreased and roughened should be washed thoroughly with water, cleaned and dried first, and stored in a cool and dry place to ensure that the equipment can be used in plate making
